Can I combine coaching with existing medical treatments?
Yes. Coaching complements medical treatment — it does not replace it. Open communication with your healthcare provider is encouraged, and relevant insights can be shared to support coordinated care.
Do I need to follow a restrictive diet?
No. Nutrition is tailored to your metabolic profile, condition, food preferences, and cultural context. The approach is sustainable and evidence-based — not restrictive.
How long does it take to see improvement?
Most women notice changes in energy, sleep, and digestion within 4–6 weeks. Menstrual regularity and hormonal improvements typically emerge between 3–6 months. Long-term metabolic improvement unfolds over 6–12 months.
What does the discovery call involve?
A paid consultation where we discuss your health history, current challenges, and goals. It helps us both determine whether coaching is the right fit and which package aligns with your needs. If you proceed to sign up for any coaching package, the discovery call fee is adjusted against your final package amount.
Can I switch packages mid-way?
You can upgrade to a longer package — for example, moving from 3 months to 6 or 12 months. Downgrades are not available. If you'd like to upgrade, this needs to be communicated within 45 days of your original sign-up.
Do you work with women outside India?
Yes. Coaching is conducted online and works across time zones. All consultations, check-ins, and support happen virtually.
