I specialize in managing lifestyle conditions like PCOS, diabetes, thyroid, and obesity through physiology-based nutrition, evidence-based exercise, and lifestyle coaching.
A lawyer by formal education, I made the switch to full-time health and fitness — taking inspiration from my own journey with PCOS.
My work began with my own health challenges and the realization that women are rarely taught how their bodies actually function. Today, as a Women's Health Specialist, coach, and educator, I bring together science, clinical understanding, and lived experience to help women heal and to help coaches work with women confidently and accurately.
As the founder of The Women's Course and the National Association of Fitness Excellence, I've dedicated my career to bridging the gap between textbook knowledge and real-life female health — so that more women can get the support they deserve, and more coaches can deliver it with confidence.
My mission is simple: to transform how women's health is understood, taught, and practiced.

I combine nutrition and resistance training because that's what the evidence supports, and because it's rare. Most coaches are trained in one or the other. Having both a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and an RTS certification means I can see the full picture — how food, movement, hormones, and lifestyle interact in a woman's body.
I insist on evidence-based methods because women's health has been plagued by myths, quick fixes, and outdated advice for too long. Every plan I build is grounded in physiology, not trends.
